What more do I need to say? Two of my favourite things in one dish.. Nutella and pastry 😍 You’re going to want to make this over and over again, they’re addictive! And the best part is they’re really easy to whip up when last minute guests come to visit.. the perfect standby sweet dish that doesn’t require a ton of ingredients or time 🥰 Recipe is below and in my highlights. Enjoy 🤗

You will need:
375g sheet of puff pastry
200g Nutella
7-10 strawberries, thinly sliced
1 egg, beaten
🍃
1. If not using a pre-rolled pastry sheet, roll pastry in to a rectangle with approx dimensions of 350mm x 230mm.
2. Spread Nutella to the edges of the pastry with a spatula, working quickly and lightly so as not to tear the pastry. The longer you take the warmer the pastry will become which will make it harder to roll later, so work quickly.
3. Place the strawberry slices in 4 rows, leaving at least 2cm gap between each slice.
4. Roll the pastry now, starting from the bottom nearest you and roll upwards neatly and as quickly as possible. You should end up with a long log of rolled pastry.
5. Brush the log with beaten egg, including the bottom of the rolled pastry.
6. Chill the pastry in the fridge for 15 mins before cutting in to 8-10 slices with a sharp knife. Wipe the knife clean after each slice.
7. Lay slices on a baking tray and brush the top of each with more egg wash.
8. Bake at 180° for 15-20 mins till pastry is cooked and golden brown. Serve warm.
